There
are many ways why I enjoy Taekwondo. One reason why I like it
is because I have fun doing team contests. It makes me feel
good when I cheer for other teamates or when they cheer for
me. Even when I loose, I look forward for doing push-ups. The
more push-ups the better for our bodies!
Another
reason why I think Taekwondo is interesting, is because I'm
happy with my instructor. I'm hoping he will be teaching me
next time. He is kind but strict and never wastes time. He was
kind enough to present my black-belt to me. I am fortunate to
have an instructor like him.
Now,
I must tell you another reason why I enjoy Taekwondo. I think
Taekwondo is good for your body and strengthens your muscles.
It's also good for your bones and blood circulation. If you
do Taekwondo every other day, and stretch before you workout,
you will have no pain. Instead of "An apple a day keeps
the doctor away." I would say, "Taekwondo every other
day keeps the doctor away!"
Taekwondo
also helps my mind to think clear. And for everyone, Taekwondo
should teach self discipline, self confidence, and self esteem.
In Taekwondo we should be serious and should try our best. Those
are some things we should improve. Otherwise, I'll tell you
another reason why I like Taekwondo.
I
think the forms are fun and interesting. My favorite form is
Koryo, but I don't remember much. I think I should find the
time to study and practice my forms.
I
want to practice hard and do my best, because someday I hope
to enter the Taekwondo Olympic Games. I plan to do Taekwondo
lifelong and become a Grand-Master. (The last two sentences
are only dreams, but I hope they come true!)

Taekwondo
is a good sport. It is good for your body. It makes your bones
strong, and it is good for blood and it is good for your brain
and it is good for your balance and good for your strength and
helps your kihaps.

I
like Taekwondo because of the Sabunim who is strict and I like
strictness. I also like the kicks and forms such as powjang
and the tornado kick. I also like it that we go to field trips.
Next I like the two hours of Taekwondo which gives me time to
learn and workout my mind and body. Finally, I like the friends
I make there and the discipline.

Sabunim
is nice. You learn self defence. You learn forms. You go on
field trips. You learn kicks and punches. The sabunim also gives
alot of discipline. You learn a different culture. We make new
friends. Stretching is fun. You stay flexible.
