Belt 1-Step Self Defence Techniques
Attacker - Goes into a front stance
with fists up, defender Kihaps! Meaning ready. Attacker will step forward
with right foot and a front punch to the solar plex (center mass of
the chest).
1. Defender - Starting from the joombi
position, will step with right foot 45 degrees to the right, outside
block with left hand, then following up with a right front punch to
the solar plex (center mass of the chest).
2. Defender
- Starting
from the joombi position, will step with right foot 45 degrees to the
right, outside block with left hand, then following up with a right
front punch to the abdomen or groin area.
3. Defender
- Starting
from the joombi position, will step with right foot 45 degrees to the
right, outside block with left hand, then following up with a right
front punch to the face.

4. Defender
- Starting from the joombi position,
will step with right foot 45 degrees to the right, outside block with
left hand, then following up with a right front punch to the solar plex
(center mass of the chest), then
a right front punch to the abdomen or groin area, right front punch
to the face.
